Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize & Perform financial & operational audits to determine if business units were follow company policies & procedures conducting pre & post audit, Substantive audit, Financial/Non financial audit, Cost audit, Ratio analysis etc.
∎ Assist in development and continues improvement of strong internal control system in various functional areas.
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Reviewing & monitoring of internal control system and recommending improvements of internal control system.
∎ Examining financial transaction and specific inquiry into individual items including details testing of transactions balance & procedures.
∎ Review of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations.
∎ Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
∎ Ensure strong internal control in order to improve service quality & efficiency of the organization.
∎ Prepare various special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management & report to HOD (Audit)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in Internal Audit Department in any Manufacturing Industry or in Economic Zone.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
∎ Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
∎ Sound & independent judgmental ability.
∎ Willing to travel within the country.
