Experience:
MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed institution
CA (CC) completed, with at least the Knowledge Level finished
Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial role within the relevant field
Experience in a public listed company will be considered an added advantage
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting and financial management software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd., a sister concern of JMI Group, is looking for Deputy Manager/ Manager for our Accounts & Finance team for immediate appointment
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations ensuring that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company's accounting policies.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IAS & IFRS.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Provide timely support for internal & external audits, resolve audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Submit formal responses to audit findings and ensure continuous improvement of financial controls and processes.
Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management, including financial management, financial planning, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, inventory management & payroll processing.
Manage treasury operations, ensuring smooth cash flow and adequate liquidity for operations.
Ensure compliance with Company laws and other Government Legislation.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
