Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently manage circular knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib Interlock, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleech, Micro Polar Fleech).
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Assist Production Department in all operational matters.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ Be responsible for fabric related quality matters and follow up fabric quality level.
∎ Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time
∎ Apply only, who have 6 -8 years' experience as Deputy Manager, Knitting with reputed knitting factory.
∎ Any other assignment provided by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
