Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA Qualified
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP, Expart in Ms advance excel, Expert in Quickbooks, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgeting.
∎ Minimizing/ optimizing the banking/finance cost for the company.
∎ Responsible for bank composite limit management.
∎ prepare different reconciliation statement as required by management.
∎ Ensure applicable accounting standards are appropriately applied and take initiative to implement new accounting standards from time to time.
∎ Analytical review of agreements/contracts/project proposals.
∎ Ensuring timely fund requisition along with necessary supporting documents and preparing financial reports with necessary statements as per contact/agreement/MOU.
∎ Maintain proper co-ordination with the internal and external auditors to satisfy audit queries to ensure that unqualified reports are issued on need basis.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Lead finance and accounts team members.
∎ Any other related task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ ERP implementation, Tally software, expert level of MS Excel.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency ( MS Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook)
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary of motivation.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
