∎ Looking for the above position for a well-reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Purana Paltan)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor activities as a significant member of Credit Realization Department, collecting monthly installments from Clients.
∎ Develop and implement an effective strategy to improve the installment, collections from irregular clients through phone calls, physical visits and e-mails.
∎ Maintain individual clients visit and relation. Remind and follow up his/her payment from time to time.
∎ Provide information to management by analyzing and summarizing month to month installment and collection data.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts and Sales Dept. in the installment collection effort of the company.
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with the team members.
∎ Organize quarterly get together with old regular& irregular customers to improve collection.
∎ Strong experience in lead conversion, through outbound and inbound calls. Making outgoing call, convincing customer, making customer happy.
∎ Nice voice and clear pronunciation in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to write correct English and Bangla fluently, ability to speak English and Bangla in voice.
∎ Ability to respond immediately to customers over voice/chat based on customer orders or enquiries.
∎ Ensure highest quality support and service to customers.
∎ Must be Result and target oriented, must be willing to go extra mile to achieve goal.
∎ Well-groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
