∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Costing, Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
∎ Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
∎ Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
∎ Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
∎ Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
∎ Analyze and report profit margins
∎ Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
∎ Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
∎ Collect and organize cost information into a database of expenses
∎ Construct systems to accumulate and monitor data
∎ Determine and calculate formulas for fixed and variable costs, such as rent, insurance, and monthly purchases as well as Breakeven point.
∎ Project profit margins for upcoming quarters and analyze trends of highs and lows
∎ Prepare cost forecasts for monthly, quarterly, or annual operating schedules
∎ Analyze month-end and year-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements.
∎ Quality assurance parameters are maintained across the processes, functions and group organizations.
∎ Having Audit plan and implementation
∎ Review organizational policy to achieve value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.
∎ Provide advice on proposed developments such as major new systems and proposed initiatives to help ensure risks are properly identified and evaluated and appropriate controls built in.
∎ Plan and conduct audit to assess internal control in operation, analyzing existing controls and recommends controlling in specific organization systems.
∎ Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans consultation with the management
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Those who are working on large Garments industry in EPZ as Deputy Manager, Costing & Audit would be given priority
∎ Proven working experience in reputed group of industries (Woven Garments) for 8-10 years out of which as Deputy Manager, Costing & Internal Audit & for 02 years.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc.
∎ Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
∎ Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
∎ Sound independent judgment
