Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/ Management/ Business Analytics/ Business Communication from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential urban planning projects and opportunities.
∎ Developing compelling EOIs expressing the firm's interest.
∎ Crafting comprehensive RFP responses in collaboration with technical experts.
∎ Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
∎ Managing submission processes, including follow-up and presentations.
∎ Participating in negotiations if shortlisted.
∎ Conduct research on the urban planning industry, including trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
∎ Identify potential clients such as government agencies, municipalities, real estate developers, and private businesses that require urban planning services.
∎ Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and stakeholders.
∎ Attending industry conferences, seminars, and events to network with potential clients and industry professionals.
∎ Collaborate with the firm's leadership team to develop a business development strategy aligned with the firm's long-term goals.
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
∎ Manage the budget allocated for business development activities, including marketing, advertising, and client engagement initiatives.
∎ Promote the firm's brand and reputation within the urban planning community.
∎ Engage in public relations efforts to enhance the firm's visibility and credibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Working experience with Govt. bodies and donor agencies shall get preference.
∎ Experience in working at urban planning & designing organization shall get preference.
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
