Job Context:
∎ DigiCon Telecommunication Limited (MiME - ISP) is looking for Deputy Manager – Billing & Accounts.
∎ Preference will be given for Billing & Accounts experience in Telecommunication / IGW / ISP entity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly invoice preparation of MiME & submission to party & accounts.
∎ Mime ISP inventory maintain, reconciliation with concern accounts monthly basis.
∎ Co-ordinate with sales team in relation sales & collections.
∎ Maintain Tax & VAT issue in relation with invoice.
∎ Monthly party ledger reconciliation & confirm with concern core accounts.
∎ Collection follow up & deposit to bank as per SLA.
∎ BW costing reconciliation with operation department & submit to management
∎ General ledger maintenance.
∎ Follow-up cash collection as per SLA.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation of Mime ISP related accounts & submit to concern core accounts.
∎ Maintain client correspondence such as Service agreement, Security arrangement etc.
∎ Both hard copy and soft copy documents filing to best suit the functions purposes.
∎ Any other jobs as required by VP-business development & COO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given for experience in Telecommunication / IGW / ISP entity.
∎ Should have knowledge on Tax & VAT, Billing & Accounts activities.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on computer application (e.g. MS word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
∎ Work experience on ERP software.
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Information and task monitoring
∎ Problem analysis, Stress tolerance
∎ Proactive, honest, Sincere, hardworking and Self-motivated.
