∎ B.Sc in IPE/ Textile engineer from any reputed University. OR
∎ Masters/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cutting and sewing, Finishing, QA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production as per planning with standard of quality.
∎ To control Sewing section of production & establish lean policy in Production floor.
∎ Ensure on time shipment of quality product.
∎ Resolve technical variance.
∎ Ensure Health, safety & compliance related issues in the production unit.
∎ Review on daily basis reports relating to product quality, level of wastage & rejects.
∎ Reduce of excessive wastage.
∎ Ensure floor administration in daily basis to make a good working environment.
∎ Report to the Management as per requirement.
∎ Communicate with other section or person as per requirement.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train-up subordinates;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position with a large Knit garments industry.
∎ Working experienced in renowned knit garments industry with buyer like M & S, TOMMY, C&A, H&M, S'Oliver, Express, Carhartt, Varner, Original Marine & etc.
∎ Should know IE tools & technics for efficient garments operation.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
