∎ BioTech Services is a company dealing with marketing, distribution and technical service support of diagnostic equipments and reagents at different diagnostics labs and hospitals in Bangladesh and well known for providing excellent service support to it`s valued clients. BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world renowned brands-Sysmex Corporation-Japan, Roche Diagnostics-Switzerland, Arkray Corporation-Japan, Helena Biosciences Europe-UK, RR Mechatronics-The Netherlands.
∎ Job Context: This position is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and running all the finance and accounts activities of the company. The role of this position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Taxation. The incumbent will be act as to carry out tax compliance matters and overall transformation as well as Liaison with clients, government departments and third parties. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the company in line with industry practice and local compliance
∎ Develop and implement the company's internal financial control policy
∎ Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records
∎ Manage Annual Tax Return Submission, Documentation, and Tax Hearings, Company Tax & VAT Return Submission, Assessment, Hearings, and Appeal Tribunal submissions.
∎ Ensure annual Tax return and Tax audit preparation.
∎ Tax Planning, mitigating the tax burden efficiently, and ensuring compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintain all VAT and Tax related procedures with NBR and all VAT & Tax offices.
∎ Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works.
∎ Liaison with VAT and Tax authorities and provide VAT and Tax audit support.
∎ Review current and deferred tax provisions.
∎ Prepare documents for Tax and VAT-related issues for Govt. office.
∎ Train people for Preparing and keep records of all types of VAT and Tax papers works.
∎ Coordinate tax audits with the tax authorities and lawyers and manages the tax provision and tax compliance process.
∎ Manage employee Tax (Yearly/ as and when required) and prepare tax certificates.
∎ Assist the management in keeping up to date with any relevant changes in VAT and TAX regulations
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok - 4.3, Mushok -6.1, Mushok -6.2, Mushok - 6.3, Mushok - 6.4, Mushok - 6.6, Mushok - 6.10 as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these record in NBR approved VAT software and own MS Excel.
∎ Liaise with external and internal auditors for the completion of statutory and other audits in a timely manner.
∎ Any other task assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounting, Audit, Client Management, Income Tax and Legal Affairs, Office Management
∎ In-depth knowledge & work experience in Tally, ERP software.
∎ Smooth Communication Skill in English is a must.
