Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ similar degree from any reputed university/ institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of high-tech medical lab Instruments.
∎ To support for product promotion.
∎ Ensure total customer satisfaction with quality service.
∎ Keeping foreign correspondence on technical service issues.
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Regular field visits to keep close contact with the customers for any technical support.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08-10 years working experience in Medical Diagnostic labs or Hospital is preferable.
∎ The applicants must have 07 years' experience in the field of Hematology Analyzer.
∎ Must be a strong team player.
∎ Ability to lead a team with self-initiative.
∎ Interest to visit country-wide to follow up and make sure smooth service and maintenance to the customer end.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work long hours.
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think out of the box and drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.
∎ Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint etc.).
∎ Professional and fluent skill in spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to keep confidentiality where required, must be trusted & reliable to accomplish any given task.
∎ Strong analysis and planning skill.
