Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)

Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and monitor of Daily / Monthly Production Target;
∎ Ensure that the Quality Standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Develop Discipline by implementing the Rules and Regulation in Department;
∎ Analyze and design of new fabrication from the customer or make his own Development;
∎ Give a continuous guidance to the Executive for machine utilization and target fabric specification;
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring people involvement;
∎ Guide the Executives in daily transfer of the generated waste and reduction of rejection;
∎ Ensure full support to the Research and Development Department;
∎ Response and act in the customer complain and query;
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority;
∎ Ensure all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
∎ Ensure continuous study the cost saving of the Department specially the Needle and Oil Cost;
∎ Ensure that all fabric has the color edging marks according to the set standards;
∎ Maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Working experience in knitting production with large knit textile industry.
∎ Have good technical knowledge.
∎ Good communication & team player.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
