Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA ( Fully or Partly Qualified)
∎ Skills Required: ERP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT, Bank Loan Facility, Lease Financing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fund and loan management,
∎ Maintain required document for Bank loan sanction, renewal, and enhancement,
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Maintenance of bank relationship for different responsibility specially for LC,
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Check VAT & Tax Deduction at Source from Supplier as per applicable laws,
∎ Review daily receipt payment report,
∎ Check Voucher Posting in Tally Software,
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ Item wise depreciation charged of Fixed Assets at year end,
∎ Update banks book properly as per daily transaction,
∎ Review of budget and expenditure,
∎ Computation of employee salary tax,
∎ Participation in hearing called by DCT on behalf of company,
∎ Assisting external auditor in conducting annual audit of the company,
∎ Examining the books of accounts and collect sufficient and relevant evidence,
∎ Advising and assisting in preparation and maintenance of books of accounts,
∎ Check all types of laws & Regulation which comply this organization,
∎ Submitting income tax return of this Company and employee;
∎ Participation in hearing called by DCT on behalf of this company;
∎ Prepare periodical Financial Statements such as (Statement of Financial Position, Comprehensive Income Statement, and Statement of Changes in Shareholder's Equity, Cash Flow Statement and Notes to the Financial Statement).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The position requiring the candidate to have strong communication skills with Banks & Financial Institutions to find out the best possible way to arrange funding for the organization.
∎ The candidate should have a strategic mind set and prudence to give solution on multidimensional financial matters with an aptitude of innovativeness to produce excellent financial reporting.
