Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/ or Finance
∎ ACCA Qualified / Partly Qualified CACC ( CA-Advance Leve)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completion of annual financial statements in compliance with IFRSs & IASs.
∎ Ensure month-end activities are being followed-up and completed within set timeline.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of monthly accounts and circulation to management within the set timelines.
∎ Liaise with external and internal auditors for the completion of statutory and other audits in a timely manner.
∎ Review of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculations.
∎ Review CWIP projects the and ensure accuracy of assets capitalizations.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and valuations.
∎ Monitor inventory cycle counting process
∎ Ensure the accuracy of P&L and inventory forecast of entities.
∎ Ensure a strong internal control system across all Plants.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance, in relation to taxation and other regulatory requirements.
∎ Regular plant visits to meet key stakeholders at plants.
∎ Preparation & Reconciliation of Companies Bank Loan
∎ Ensure compliance with company SOPs and periodical reviews for required changes.
∎ Introduce improvements to existing processes and systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, General Accounting, VAT and Tax
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office (Specially M.S Excel).
∎ Should have experience about accounting software/ERP.
