∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ At least 5 years Internal Audit experience (Senior Position) in the large scale of operation
∎ At least 5 years Internal Audit experience (Senior Position) in the large scale of operation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, develop as well as look after the overall Audit plan annually.
∎ Review overall Audit plan time to time & amend it, if necessary.
∎ Assist to develop Audit plan in various audit area like financial, operational, compliance, performance, product costing etc. within specific time frame.
∎ Guide audit team to maintain Audit plans and procedures and monitor their output regularly.
∎ Identify significant processes, develops audit objectives and prepare risk assessment process for each audit assignment and presents to top management.
∎ Apply international auditing standards in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of operating systems and controls.
∎ Help to Prepare & Review audit reports, dealing with audit findings and give proper recommendations to implement company’s strategy, Mission & vision.
∎ Supervise the different team leaders audit activities at Headquarter (Factory) and Corporate (Both).
∎ Weekly visit at Headquarter (Factory) and other places (if needed) for audit monitoring.
∎ Train and guide the Audit team members for various skills development.
∎ Monitoring the Follow up actions of audit recommendations.
