•  Legal Documentation: Draft and finalize all types of registered and unregistered agreements, Sale Deeds, and Power of Attorney with high precision.

• Registration Management: Direct supervision of the entire registration process at the Sub-Registry office and ensuring timely execution.

• Land Vetting: Conduct comprehensive vetting of land titles (CS, SA, RS, BS, City Survey) and provide detailed legal validation reports.

• Technical Supervision: Perform on-site visits for physical measurement and boundary verification.

• Strategic Liaison: Maintain professional liaison with RAJUK, Sub-Registry Offices, Land Offices (AC Land), and other regulatory bodies.

• Stakeholder Management: Handle land owners with advanced negotiation skills, finalize banya (advance) processes, and resolve technical issues diplomatically.

• Customer Interaction (Aksir Nagar): Provide technical and legal consultancy to the customers of our prestigious housing project, 'Aksir Nagar.'
