Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Masters in other relevant subjects along with professional qualification (e.g. FCA/FCCA/CIA etc.).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Risk Based Internal Audit Plan for all the operating countries and group in line with standards and methodology and leading group audits,
∎ Work independently and guide team members in the group and operating countries regarding regular tasks
∎ Work closely with Head of Group Internal Audit (HGIA) and help to deliver the risk-based annual audit plan maintaining highest level of quality
∎ Conduct quality assurance (QA) regarding the audits and issue validations conducted in operating countries and group
∎ Conduct regular training, sessions, huddle ups for the team members on the topics agreed with HGIA
∎ Assist HGIA to enhance Internal Audit Methodology according to the principle laid down in the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF).
∎ Track the issue and action management process for operating countries, and group and ensure timely closure
∎ Maintain good relationships and work in a collaborative approach with all key stakeholders across operating countries and in group
∎ Identify and focus on emerging risk areas of operating countries along with the group, map with auditable entities/functions to include in the risk-based annual audit plan
∎ Monitor the administrative issues relating to the operating countries and help HGIA to increase efficiency within the operating countries
∎ Assist HGIA to implement Audit Software and Data Analytics (DA) in the function as Project Leads (i.e. DA)
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the HGIA to meet any ad-hoc functional or organizational requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 7 years working experience in Internal Audit in large local / multinational company out of which at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
∎ Preferable experiences are in the business area of NGOs, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Multinational Companies.
∎ Dynamic, good interpersonal and communication skills, can-do attitude, can meet timelines and deadlines, self-starter, multi-tasking ability, and can bring new ideas which can uphold the quality of the team.
∎ Must possess an independent mindset, team spirit, leadership quality, hard work, and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent command of written and Spoken English.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office and self-motivated to work with existing application programs in the organization along with knowledge in any data analytics tool (e.g. Python, R Programming, Qlik Sisense, Tableau, RapidMiner etc.).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 360000 (Monthly)
∎ The monthly salary is slightly negotiable based on job profile.
