• The ideal candidate should have alternator-related experience over 15 years.
• The candidate must have at least 10 years of working experience in the Cummins system.
• Dynamic & smart leader and able to work with the team.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Updated knowledge about customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, profit analysis, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Lead the entire Cummins Generator Technology (CGT) operational activities in Bangladesh as per the organization’s goal and environmental and regulatory compliance, and develop new initiatives to create an annual operating plan to support the strategic directions.

• Direct the entire range of operations with planning management, service management of employees & workforce for O&M, and management for CGT.

• Meet gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, sales fostering, analyzing demand & supply, pricing, and maintaining proper stock.

• Ensure alternator servicing whenever a requirement is raised, complete the service materials management function, and implement various effective cost control activities.

• Communicate regularly with Cummins regarding CGT operation, its policy, and parts-related issues.

• Monitor Cummins alternators, schedule maintenance at the customer end, and arrange the spare parts to provide customer support timely.

• Delivering technical support to corporate service business development and other plants, as needed

• Enhance the CGT plant service quality and reliability by improving workflow and optimizing maintenance processes.

• Reduce CGT breakdown time of M/C by providing training to customers/users.
