Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To look after the Sales & Marketing activities of 4W-Commercial Vehicles (Pickup, Truck, Minibus) all over Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule. Identify and contact with potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare the proposed yearly sales target of the Branches/Dealers/Corporate Clients etc. and ensure to achieve these.
∎ Motivate, guide and train sales team to achieve Sales targets.
∎ Identify the strategies and policies with the implementation to increase sales and meet the goals as well.·
∎ Oversee Sales Promotions activities.
∎ Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repetitive business.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.·
∎ Lead to sales peoples of 4W-Commercial Vehicles of all branches to achieve the sales.
∎ To take necessary measure for ensuring the customer satisfaction.
∎ To arrange the vehicle fair time to time.
∎ To visit the Branches/Showrooms/Dealers' Point and other outlets.
∎ Supervise the credit collection and take necessary action to realize the outstanding in the market.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data and submit reports to the management.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
