∎ Diploma in Civil/B.Sc. in civil engineering, BBA/MBA from any reputed University/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must visit different Organization/Corporate Office/Industry/Work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information about organization.
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying the target market with customers via meetings, phone calls and email.
∎ Sourcing the market opportunity and Gathering market and customer information by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Identifying the Bonafede Sales Goals.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Regular Motivation, training, and Creating Sales plan to be provided to the Juniors.
∎ Regular monitoring the sales team from junior to manager level, including each personal collection & sales.
∎ Sales & collection to be adjusted with regular account.
∎ Managing Accounts on delivery of the products and accordingly day-to-day fund collection from the clients as per agreement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) in RMC Sales.
