Educational Requirements:
∎ Chartered Accountant, FCA/ ACA
∎ M.Com/ MBA/ MPA/ MPF/ EMBA from public university.
∎ BBA & MBA/ MPA/ EMBA/ MPF from Dhaka University will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Internal Audit operations, plan and execution process of Internal Control & Compliance Department.
∎ Perform regular, periodic and special audit assignments to identify all non-compliances and corrective action plan.
∎ Conduct factory/site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit reports.
∎ Provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company's interest.
∎ Ensure the safeguarding of company assets.
∎ Ensure high quality of audit reports and representations.
∎ Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal control system and suggest proper measures for improvement if required.
∎ Coordinate and communicates with the others Divisional Head regarding audit related issues.
∎ Identify risks and risk-contingencies to resolve.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Clear knowledge about corporate Tax, VAT, IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
