∎ Bachelor or higher.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the point of communication between the Sales Team and Factory (Production).
∎ Overseeing sales and Marketing Team operation
∎ Guiding Sales and Marketing Team in setting up target and follow up implementation of monthly/weekly plans
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Sales, Production, etc.)
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise.
∎ Create operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with operating budgets; submit plans to the board for approval, and monitor the progress.
∎ Oversee the operations of organization and manage its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Create and maintain procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directors.

∎ Significant professional experience in lower and middle management.
