  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Rupayan City Uttara is seeking an experienced and strategic IT professional to lead IT Operations, ERP implementation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong leadership in enterprise IT systems, infrastructure management, and ERP lifecycle management within Real Estate, Construction, and the Group of Companies environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end IT operations across the corporate office, project sites, and business units.

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewall, cloud systems, backup, and cybersecurity.

  • Ensure system uptime, BCP/DR readiness, IT governance, SOPs, and audit compliance.

  • Lead IT service desk operations with SLA-based support and continuous service improvement.

  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (Requirement → Design → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Support).

  • Act as a bridge between business users and ERP vendors/technical teams.

  • Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) aligned with ERP best practices.

  • Oversee data migration, master data governance, and ERP performance optimization.

  • Manage IT/ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance.

  • Handle vendor, ISP, and implementation partner management with SLA monitoring.

  • Contribute to IT strategy, technology roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Recommend automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
