∎ CA (CC) partly qualified / M.B.A. (Major Finance / Accounting) / M. Com (Finance / Accounting).

∎ 20 to 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution for day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.
∎ Keep liaison with various banks or financial institutions, periodically visit them and keep a good friendly relation with them.
∎ Manage the preparation of short and long term fiscal plans, including the provisions of financial forecasts, models and analysis.
∎ Review and oversee the monthly reports including reconciliations with banks as well as financial statements and cash.
∎ Resolve various issues with Bank such as cleared check differences, Bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculation and enhancements to online service.
∎ Any other responsibility which has been given by the higher authority should be responsible to do that.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 - 25 years practical experience in a Large / Medium manufacturing organization in same department / field.
∎ Retired high level Bank Officials will be preferred.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali and knowledge in computer operations are must.
