  • 10–12 years of progressive administrative experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP/administration software.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as a Deputy General Manager – Administration/Facility Management. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Administrative/Facility Management functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations, policy compliance, and efficient resource management. This role demands a strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, excellent persuasive ability, and the capacity to create and maintain a productive work environment that supports the company’s goals and values.

Job Details

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and SOP in line with the applicable law of the land.
  • Manage facilities, office maintenance, security, transport, logistics, and overall workplace services.
  • Develop, improvise and implement effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure proper utilization of resources and cost-effective operational management.
  • Liaise with government bodies, vendors, and service providers for regulatory compliance and smooth operations.
  • Monitor and manage contracts, legal documentation, and service agreements.
  • Ensure that right mechanism is in place so that administrative staffs/outsourced staffs deliver proper services as per the agreement or contractual obligation.
  • Support/enable senior management with strategic planning and execution of administrative/facility management initiatives.
  • Ensure health, safety, and workplace environment standards are met and maintained.
  • Enable sourcing office asset (both fixed and moveable) as per the need of the company
  • Digitalize administrative/facility management services from employee centricity perspective.
