Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate resources to organize factory management, process control in the factory production process, and achieve factory tasks with quality and quantity
∎ On-site management: on-site 6S management of the factory, visual management of the factory, and safe production;
∎ Talent construction: grassroots management selection, training, management, team organization atmosphere construction;
∎ Cost control: Strictly control production loss and labor costs, and actively improve waste in the factory process;
∎ Process construction: establish factory-related process specifications and implement them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a strong ability to resist pressure, teamwork, communication and coordination, logical thinking, and hard work;
∎ Understand factory business management, cost management, team building, employee incentive management;
∎ Familiar with lean manufacturing
∎ Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is preferred
