Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target
∎ • Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ • Identify the market opportunities for future sales
∎ • Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest
∎ • Build strong relationship with prospects and customers
∎ • Control a team of experienced Managers and Sales Executives
∎ • Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospect’ database. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
∎ • Good leadership skills, decision-making, sales planning, excellent communication skill, sales forecasting, managing database, team management, target marketing, delegation, strategies, promotion, channel sales, sales processing, problem solving.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ • Age at most 45 years
∎ • Minimum 12 years of which 13 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.
∎ • Able to work under pressure.
∎ • Should have good communication skill.
∎ • Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
