Minimum 3 years in hospital management.

Proficiency in hospital management software (e.g., HIS, ERP).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
1. Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Assist in supervising medical staff (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals) to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Monitor and improve patient care quality through audits, performance reviews, and evidence-based practices.
- Implement and enforce healthcare policies, protocols, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
- Address patient complaints and clinical incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
2. Administrative & Operational Management
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for medical services.
- Oversee departmental workflows, staffing, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical personnel.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (licensing, safety, infection control).
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Liaise between medical staff, hospital administration, and external agencies (government, medical associations, vendors).
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and public health initiatives.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among departments (nursing, pharmacy, lab, IT).
4. Research & Development
- Promote medical research, continuous education, and adoption of innovative healthcare technologies.
- Analyze healthcare trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
5. Emergency & Crisis Management
- Assist in disaster preparedness, outbreak response, and emergency protocol execution.
- Ensure continuity of medical services during crises.
