∎ Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized University. No 3rd division/class at any level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards within the institution.
∎ Collaborate with the Director and Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure compliance with quality assurance regulations and accreditation requirements.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and services, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Collect and analyze data related to various aspects of the institution's performance, such as teaching, research, infrastructure, and student outcomes.
∎ Use data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
∎ Assist in the preparation and submission of accreditation applications and reports to relevant accrediting bodies.
∎ Ensure the institution complies with accreditation standards and guidelines.
∎ Coordinate accreditation visits and support the accreditation process.
∎ Develop strategies to improve the institution's rankings in various national and international university ranking systems.
∎ Perceive the institution's performance in ranking publications and identify areas for enhancement.
∎ Manage data collection and submission for ranking organizations.
∎ Facilitate quality enhancement initiatives within the institution by working with academic and administrative departments.
∎ Facilitate organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
∎ Participate in the formulation and revision of institutional policies related to quality assurance and university ranking.
∎ Ensure that policies align with the institution's goals and accreditation requirements.
∎ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and industry partners, to gather feedback and assess their needs.
∎ Foster collaboration and communication to support quality assurance and ranking efforts.
∎ Maintain records and documentation related to quality assurance and ranking activities, including reports, surveys, and audit trails.
∎ Manage the budget allocated to the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell and ranking initiatives.
∎ Stay informed about current trends and best practices in quality assurance, higher education, and university ranking. Benchmark the institution against peer institutions to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Supervise and provide leadership to staff members within the IQAC and ranking team.
∎ Ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently towards common goals.
