Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Pre-Final & Self-Inspection (Final) for Buyer online & prepare online Inspection report to upload to buyer server.
∎ A virtual inspection like PP meetings, line Inspection, and Risk Assessments meetings with the Walmart QA team through the Zoom application.
∎ Keep communication with CHO Merchandising & Buying QA team & another concern team.
∎ Manage third-party inspection
∎ Track Quality KPI data like OML, OQL, top 5 defects, Moisture Content & send to the WM WA team twice a month etc.
∎ Analyze the Factory DHU report, Top 5 defects & another quality report to take preventive Step a daily Basis.
∎ Inspection schedule follow-up.
∎ Follow up factory housekeeping
∎ Maintain all kinds of product safety procedures.
∎ Conduction and attain pre-production meeting as per buyer Protocol
∎ Conduct PP Meetings & review Size set sample to advice necessary Pattern correction before bulk cutting
∎ Monitor QMS is existing in the factory.
∎ Monitor, and check the quality of Bulk CTL Sample & handle the SGS team during sample pickup
∎ Provide training to fellow & Factory QA Team
∎ Coordinates closely with concerned Quality Managers through daily morning meeting and discuss quality-related issues.
∎ Immediately resolve pending quality issues for all incoming materials, trims/ accessories and other products.
∎ Motivate all team members to achieve the goal provided by the organization.
∎ Improve and develop the team through a skill matrix.
∎ Abide by any other job as and when assigned by the Management
