Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and upload data to food delivery platforms, including product items, menus, and client information
∎ Analyze data and create reports using Excel
∎ Help clients to onboard and use our systems, including training and technical support
∎ Write code to automate processes and improve data management efficiency
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to clients
∎ Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
∎ Continuously improve processes and procedures for data management and operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
∎ 2+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or software development
∎ Strong understanding of Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and charts
∎ Experience with coding, including VBA, Python, or similar language
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
