∎ Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
∎ Conduct field visits to collect information, inspect sites, and verify data.
∎ Take photographs, record measurements, and document site conditions.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, or clients during site visits.
∎ Ensure compliance with company standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Report findings and observations from site visits in a structured manner.
∎ A combination of office-based tasks and on-field site visits.
∎ May require travel to multiple locations.
∎ The Data Entry & Site Visiting Officer is responsible for collecting, verifying, and entering data into company systems while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the role involves conducting site visits to inspect, assess, and gather on-site information as required for company projects.
