Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Experience in data entry or equivalent training.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM, we must check your typing speed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
Keep Information confidential. uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, a barcode printer, and a barcode scanner).
Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
Completes additional assigned tasks as required by the team leader.
Need to count physical pages as per company requirements.
