• Insert customer and account data within time limits by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents.

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.

• Scan documents and print files, when needed.

• Keep information confidential.

• Apply data program techniques and procedures.

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

• Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

• verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• conduct regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.

• coordinate with team members and departments to gather and clarify data requirements.

• IT skills - MS OFFICE (word, excel, ppt, etc.)

• Must be efficient in MS office skills.

• Candidates with knowledge about using ERP or other accounting software will be preferred.

• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information
