Responsibilities & Context:

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist

• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or problems promptly and efficiently

• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information on products, services, or processes

• Performance Targets: Achieve key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken

• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service quality

• Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
