Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with honors from any recognized university. Education qualifications may relax those who have working experiences in the context of the Rohingya crisis.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar job in any NGO/INGO. (Women will be given special priority)
∎ Proven experience working in the emergency setting and extensive knowledge of the Rohingya and local culture and context.
∎ High interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact with refugees and local communities.
∎ Strong verbal communication skills in the Rohingya Language.
∎ Should be able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
∎ Committed to working following organizational objectives, values, principles, and policies.
∎ Have good knowledge of safeguarding-related policies, GBV, Child protection policies, and other relevant policies.

Salary:
∎ 27,500 BDT per month.
