• Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems

• Daily/ Monthly Report, weekly report and irregular report

• Align reports requirement with IT for automation

• Align reporting with Operation to eliminate duplicated reports

• Update the database and review the updates from operation

• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.

• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards (Power BI).

• Managing master data, including creation and updates

• Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Validate the extracted or shared by ICT

• Provide quality assurance of imported data
