Job Summary:

The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying banking data in the Bank Dashboard system. This role ensures that all customer, transaction, and operational data is captured correctly, enabling accurate reporting and smooth decision-making processes across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer and transaction data into the Bank Dashboard with high accuracy and speed.
• Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency with source documents.
• Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring data security and confidentiality in line with bank policies.
• Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) from the dashboard as requested by management.
• Identify and correct errors promptly, escalating any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Compliance) to resolve data-related issues.
• Assist in testing and improving the dashboard system by providing user feedback.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.
