- Previous experience in customer support is a bonus — but freshers are welcome!
Responsibilities & Context: - Receive and respond to customer calls, messages, and emails
- Provide accurate information about our property listings and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system
- Help customers navigate the buying/selling/renting process
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to support client needs
