  • Basic computer skills (email, typing, CRM software usage is a plus)Good listening skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Previous experience in customer support is a bonus — but freshers are welcome!


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive and respond to customer calls, messages, and emails
  • Provide accurate information about our property listings and services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system
  • Help customers navigate the buying/selling/renting process
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to support client needs
