Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Provide basic guidance and information on visa processes and requirements.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
