Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description:
∎ 1. Effectively manage and communicate with customer, understand and analyze customer needs and provide solutions,improve customer satisfaction
∎ 2. Be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships, and deeply tap the greatest potential of customers, and be responsible for the revenue generated by customers
∎ 3. Track user recharge-related information and formulate maintenance strategies in a timely manner to reduce user churn, increase user activation and continue to recharge
∎ 4. Regularly communicate with VIP, explore VIP's needs for the platform, collect and organize reports, and report regularly
∎ 5. Ognize activities based on VIP needs, and produce related promotional materials,and complete online activity presentations and questions answering
∎ Job Requirements:
∎ 1. Have certain core customer maintenance experience
∎ 2. English can be used as a working language
∎ 3. Strong subjective initiative, strong social skills, and a sense of service
∎ 4. Be patient and steady in doing things, have a high sense of responsibility, have strong execution ability, can withstand strong work pressure, and be good at communication and feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 65000 (Monthly)
