Job Context:
∎ We are looking for 2 Customer Service Executives for our digital marketing agency. He/she will have to answer incoming & outgoing emails/ support tickets from customers who want to know about his/her order, account, billing & refund queries. The executive needs to answer customer queries, manage complaints and troubleshoot critical service issues. He/ She will have a sense of responsibility, analytical ability, and achieve the daily target.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound & Outbound email/ticket handling
∎ Provide order and service information to customers
∎ Request & Complaint resolve
∎ Contact with our upper-stream service providers to know details about orders
∎ Monitoring & follow up
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
∎ Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in night shift
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply ( Female Preferred )
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English language
∎ Writing speed should be good.
∎ Excellent English writing skill is required
∎ Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Have 1-3 year experience in customer support

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
