Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical or billing issues related to hosting, domains, and cloud services.
Technical Support: Provide basic guidance on Alpha Net’s products and services.
Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using our internal ticketing system.
Coordination: Work closely with the Billing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work Details
Location: Alpha Net HQ, Yousuf Kazi Lane, Rahman Nagar, Bogura.
Shifts: * Day: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Night: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Leave: Weekly holiday + Government holidays.
