Key Responsibilities Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical or billing issues related to hosting, domains, and cloud services. Technical Support: Provide basic guidance on Alpha Net’s products and services. Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using our internal ticketing system. Coordination: Work closely with the Billing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We Are Looking For Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali. Voice & Tone: A clear, neutral, and professional speaking voice. Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM in Bangla and 50 WPM in English. Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn about web hosting and cloud technology. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day, Evening, or Night). Note: If you possess exceptional communication skills and technical aptitude, formal degree requirements may be relaxed. Work Details Location: Alpha Net HQ, Yousuf Kazi Lane, Rahman Nagar, Bogura.
