• Age 20 to 25 years

• More than 2 years of merchandiser, customer service working experience.

• Have a good team spirit, work organized, careful, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, hard-working spirit, can work under pressure.

• Has working experience in textile industry is preferred.

• International trade experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Prepare and confirm a complete set of export documents (such as bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) according to customer requirements.

• Collect and sort out all kinds of documents, complete the processing of delivery notes, orders, bills of lading and other related documents.

• Maintain good communication with factory and customers, coordinate the issues between factory and customers.

• Maintain good relationship with old customers and promote the secondary development of orders.

• Complete other work be assigned by leader.
