∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Provide service information to customers
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Follow up customer calls weekly basis.
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Creative thinking skills.
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Good sales ability.
∎ Working knowledge of the relevant sector.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant areas.
