Responsibilities & Context:
- Welcome and guide clients with a warm, professional approach.
- Actively promote aesthetic treatments and packages to meet monthly sales targets.
- Convert walk-in and call inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Counsel clients on treatment options to maximize satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads.
- Support doctors by ensuring clients are well-informed and ready for procedures.
- Handle billing, record-keeping, and reception-related tasks accurately.
- Provide clients with clear information about treatments and services.
