Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning and Organizing Travels
- Promoting and Selling Air Ticket, Hotel, Visa and Package
- Researching Destinations, Transporting and accompanying tourists, develop planning Detailed Itineraries, Advising Clients and Maintaining Relationships
- To work with all types of queries of the client
- Must work in GDS and online
- Receive phone calls, email inquiries and properly receive and resolve all customer complaints
- All travel packages including flights, hotel bookings and car rentals must be communicated to customers
- Strive to meet customer expectations, in line with customer inquiries
- Must strive to meet company sales targets.
