We are looking for a Professional and Expert CRM Manager for Interior- Architect Company, who has been successfully working in Interior Company or Real Estate Housing Related Company. And Customer Relationship Manager with high performance skills with experience in creative and constructive marketing along with proficiency in English, apply only. and build your career with us.

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and general information.

  • Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and patient satisfaction surveys.

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to address patient concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and follow-up actions in the clinic`s database.

  • Participate in training sessions to develop communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Understanding of CRM Software, Data Analysis
