Responsibilities & Context:
- All executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face. Our Office Time (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions. We need to be fluent in English.
- Other works assigned by the management.
